Dear Friends,

Another important achievement for Karate.
 
 As you know last December 6 the IOC has accepted our proposal to include Karate in the Buenos Aires 2018 Youth Olympic Games.
 
We have worked closely with the President of the WKF, Mr. Antonio Espinós, very actively to achieve this goal. For this reason we are very happy to be able to officially announce to all of you this new achievement.
 
Now is the time to also think about the qualifying system for these Games as well as to finish defining the qualifying system for Tokyo 2020.
